Betty Lou Medlock Smith, age 87 of Paris, passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Lake Cumberland Hospice Unit in Somerset, Kentucky. Her graveside service will be 2:00 PM Monday, November 16, 2020 at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery with Steve Gallimore of Tennessee Valley Community Church and Kevin Gallimore of Birds Creek Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow and no visitation is scheduled prior to the graveside service.
