Billy Dale Hicks, age 78 of Mansfield, TN passed away Monday, October 31, 2022, at his residence. His funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 2nd at McEvoy Funeral Home, 507 W. Washington St. in Paris with Randy Stephens officiating. Burial will follow in Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery in Mansfield. Visitation with the family will be from 12:00-2:00 PM Wednesday, prior to the 2:00 PM service.
