Charles “Bernard” Downey, age 99 of Paris, TN passed away Friday, September 23, 2022, at Henry County Medical Center. His funeral service will be graveside at 12:30 PM Monday, September 26th at Walker Cemetery with Josh Manning and Ethan Schulte of East Wood Church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow in Walker Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday, September 26th at McEvoy Funeral Home prior to leaving for the graveside service.
