Crystal Dawn Watkins, age 47 of Puryear, TN, passed away in the early morning hours of Monday October 12, 2020, at Henry County Medical Center in Paris, TN. Her family will be holding a Celebration of Life honoring her life and memory on Saturday, October 17, 2020, at 11:00 am at Hazel Baptist Church, 301 Gilbert Street E, Hazel, KY 42049.
