Jerry “Donnie” Wallace, age 75 of Puryear, passed away at Jackson Madison County General Hospital Monday, April 5, 2021. His funeral service will be 1:00 PM Friday, April 9, 2021 graveside at Puryear City Cemetery with burial to follow. Visitation will be at McEvoy Funeral Home after 11:00 AM Friday, April 9, 2021 prior to the graveside service.
