The 6th Annual Battle of Paris Landing & Living History will be held this weekend at Paris Landing State Park. Hours are from 9 a.m. to dusk on Saturday, October 16 and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
There will be plenty of activities all day, with cake walk, hay rides, reenactments, tent cities, period music all day, Civil War camp with nurses’ tents, relics, beekeeping, vendors selling chili, chili pies, hot dogs and more.
Colton Sanders will speak both days on the importance of the Tennessee River in the Civil War.
