Arts ‘Round The Square

Arts ‘Round The Square, sponsored by the Paris-Henry County Arts Council, will take place on Saturday, September 25 on the Courthouse Square in Downtown Paris from 9 AM – 4 PM. The one-day festival is a yearly event featuring art vendors and their wares, including pottery, paintings, mixed media, woodworking, and much more.

Another element of the festivities will include entertainment on the Courthouse lawn. Students from Bethel University Renaissance Theatre will perform along with live orchestral music from Jackson Symphony Small Ensemble. The University of Tennessee Martin Pacer Pans Steel Drum Band will also perform.

A Classic Car Cruise-In will be held on Poplar Street from 10 AM – 3 PM. Donations will be accepted to benefit the Downtown Paris Association and their efforts to produce 2021 Christmas events. If you have questions, please call Guy or Tammy Hammonds at Street Dynamics at 731-644-1146.

There will also be kid-friendly events throughout the day.

Hungry? No worry. Food vendors will be on-site with a variety of items for sale.

Vendor space is still available. For entry rules, more information, or to register a booth, visit www.phcarts.com under the Events tab, or email phcarts@gmail.com.

The event will follow CDC COVID-19 guidelines and guests are encouraged to wear a face mask, observe social distancing, and use hand sanitizer.

In case of rain, the event will be canceled.
