Due to the extreme arctic weather currently being experienced in Paris and Henry County, Paris BPU will be suspending pre-pay disconnects until Saturday, February 20, 2021.
With temperatures forecasted to return to normal this weekend, all normal disconnect policies will resume on the 20th.
The BPU main lobby will be open on Saturday from 10 am – 2 pm to accommodate customer needs. Additionally, the outdoor kiosk, drop box and MyBPU app remain available for use.
