Posted around 8am (2/11): The weather and roads have gotten much worse in the last hour. Due to treacherous road conditions City Hall (includes Police Records office), the Civic Center, Landfill and Animal Shelter will be closed today or until further notice depending on the weather.
Emergency services, Police and Fire as well as the Street Department, will still be staffed. Residential Sanitation pickup will be suspended today. If weather allows, sanitation pickup today will occur tomorrow. We will continue to monitor the situation and make an announcement later.
We urge everyone to stay at home and off the roads if at all possible. If you must get out please use extreme caution and please be safe!!
