Downtown Paris Open Houses Set

Downtown Unwrapped in Paris, Tennessee, kicks off November 4th-6th with food trucks, fire pits, live music, a shopping passport, and more!

Friday, November 4th: Kicking off the weekend, food trucks will be ready for shoppers beginning at 5  PM and will stay open until 8  PM.  Enjoy shopping in our historic downtown with a wide variety of retail options, all decked out for the upcoming holiday season. We’re excited to have Henry County Prevention Coalition as the Passport to Christmas partner this season! Be sure to grab a Passport to Christmas at any of the 36 participating stores and restaurants.  When you spend money in one of those stores, you will receive a stamp on that page.  The more stamps you receive, the more chances to win $1,000 in Downtown Dollars.  Shop, eat, and play from November 4th – December 14th.

Saturday, November 5th: Plan to spend the day in Downtown Paris enjoying festive shopping, collect passport stamps, and grab a free cup of coffee from Jack’s Java Urban Cafe 2 PM – 4 PM on Saturday.  Simply show a receipt that you have shopped in Downtown Paris that day and our friends from Dynamix Physical Therapy will buy your drink as a “thank you” for shopping local during Christmas Open House.

Merison’s Home Furnishings and Eagle Buildings are sponsoring the “Food Truck Court”. Food trucks will include The Snack Shack, Perry’s BBQ, Gator Boss, Handheld, The Farmer’s Perk, Knott’s Landing, and Culinary Intentions.

Grab your lawn chair or cozy up to one of our fire pits and enjoy live music from The 615 House at 6 PM. Abby Anderson, Chris Ruediger, Maggie Baugh, and Jake Puliti will take the Solar Fields Open House and perform Christmas classics, originals, and their popular mashups. The 615 House, located in Nashville, is a place where up-and-coming singer-songwriters can get together to create, collaborate, and promote each other’s music.  The music is brought to you compliments of Solar Fields.

Sunday, November 5th: From noon – 5 PM the festivities continue with more shopping, more food trucks, and more fun!  Be on the lookout as we open Santa’s House, Festival of Trees, and Light Up Paris website towards the end of November. Mark your calendars for Christmas Festival and the annual Holly Jolly Electric Christmas Parade on December 10.

Other Christmas Partners include My Favorite Things, Paris BPU, and Michael Sargent State Farm. To find dates, details, and more information, visit www.VisitDowntownParis.com or contact the Downtown Paris Association at (731) 642-3431.
