Free Take Charge Of Your Diabetes Class

The Henry County UT Extension Office, in conjunction with Benton and Carroll UT County offices, is offering a free 6-week online class called “Take Charge of Your Diabetes.” This is a six-week FREE evidence-based program that helps individuals take day-to-day responsibility for their diabetes care. Participants gain skills necessary to self-manage their diabetes and work effectively with their healthcare professionals. The class will meet each Tuesday, May 4-June 8 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Participants will receive a book, along with many other items.
