Relay officials said the event is planned for 4-9 p.m. September 10th on the Henry County courtsquare in downtown Paris.
Lisa Dolliver and Debra Stoope said the Paris Elks Lodge will be hosting a dinner for survivors and one guest at the First United Methodist Church on September 10th. The meal will be served at 6 p.m. There will not be any invitations sent out this year. To reserve your seat at the dinner, they will need you to email, text, or call Debra Stoope firstname.lastname@example.org or 731-336-5923 or Lisa Dolliver email@example.com 731-333-1906. They will need name, address, phone number, and t shirt size.
The cutoff date for reservations for the dinner is August 26th. After that date the dinner will be closed for reservations.
From 4-9 they will have DJ Mr Good News playing music on the square. There will be teams set up on the square selling hamburgers, Japanese noodles, a cake walk, fried oreos, fried bologna sandwiches. Bring the family and enjoy the food and there will be games for the kids.
They will have the luminary ceremony at the survivors lap at 7:30. T-shirts will be given out at that time also.
