The Henry County Sheriff’s Office would again like to urge citizens to use extreme caution and only travel if you must. The winter mix overnight has caused all roads in Henry County to be covered by ice and with a second round of weather expected today the roads will only become worse. All road crews will be out today trying to clear roadways. Please use caution and keep your distance from the road crews. If you must travel please be prepared with heavy coats or blankets in case you become stranded and have to wait for help to arrive. The photos below are of Mansfield and Hwy 79 N at Lakewood School.
