International Heritage Breed Week at the Homeplace 1850s Working Farm

Celebrate International Heritage Breed Week and learn about the importance of preserving heritage breeds with the Homeplace! Each day throughout this week, you can visit with one of our important heritage breed farm animals. The Homeplace has been home to many heritage breeds and continues to be an advocate for these endangered breeds of poultry and livestock, inspiring our visitors to raise these unique animals.

The Homeplace 1850s Working Farm and Living History Museum represents a two-generation farm, located within the gently rolling hills and scenic fields. The Homeplace is located at 4512 The Trace in Dover, TN. Learn more at landbetweenthelakes.us.
