Bring the whole family for a fun-filled weekend at Reelfoot Lake State Park this weekend for the annual Pelican Festival.
Each fall thousands of pelicans stop at Reelfoot Lake on their way south for the winter. This festival includes pelican viewing canoe floats and pontoon boat tours. In addition to the beautiful fall colors and pelicans, other highlights include arts and crafts, photo contests, geo-caching, duck decoy painting, a live birds of prey show, vendors, a silent auction and more.
On Friday, special programs for schools will be offered.
Times:
Friday: 9 am – 5 pm
Saturday: 8 am – 8 pm
Sunday: 9 am – 4 pm
Free, some activities charge a fee
