Shepherd’s Table, at the First Presbyterian Church Of Paris, will begin serving meals in the Fellowship Hall dining room style on Thursday, January 5th, from 4:30until 6:15pm. The church is located next to the Post Office in downtown Paris at 105 S. Market St. in Paris.
The meals have been available curbside only due to Covid restrictions. Now that so many restrictions are over, the volunteers are able to serve you indoors. Shepherd’s Table is meant to be like a fun dining experience. You and your family will come in, a host will seat you. A server will take your drink orders and bring your meal to you at the table. Afterwards someone will be around to clean the tables. The Fellowship Hall entrance is located inside the gate on Blythe St. You may park in the lot across from the entrance or on the street.
Alsey Wheatley, member of the First Presbyterian Church says this month’s menu will be stuffed squash, creamed spinach, black eye peas, dessert and a drink There is no charge for the meal. Also, there will be a limited number of meals available – so everyone will be served until the food runs out.
