A new Christmas tradition in Paris is the Annual Tim Alsobrooks Free Christmas Movie at the Parisian Theatre. A large crowd gathered to watch How the Grinch Stole Christmas starring Jim Carrey as everyone’s favorite bad guy. The event was sponsored by The Peddler ADvantage and Forever Communications.
Tim Alsobrooks, who was the News Director and morning DJ with WMUF, was a big fan of Christmas. Along with the radio stations he started the Free Christmas Movie. Tim left us way too soon but his memory lives on each year with this event. The crowd was also surprised when Tim’s mom and aunt attended the event.
